Definition of Project
Our definition of a project is the entire works to be done in order to realise a targeted business within an agreed time scale and budget. Our project phases are composed of Definition, Designing, Establishing, Implementation and Support headings.

The delivery of the project consistently and in accordance with the Client’s requirements, within the projected budget and to the Client’s best benefit is of paramount importance for us.
Planning, projection and timing function are very important for the ultimate success of the projects we undertake. We emphasise the significance of working with our Clients one-to-one as their business partners for the success of the projects. The comprehensibility of the project is aimed through correct planning and definition of requirement, consulting our business partner and exchanging ideas.
According to the plan formed following debates;
- A document is drawn describing works and tasks to be done,
- All the elements, activities and tasks to be carried out during the works are defined to the details,
- A draft study is prepared demonstrating the workability of the project within a time scale and logical order.
- All the necessary resources are gathered for the project; presented to the Client upon preparation of the timing plan and the budget.
